My results for this trade aren’t very good. Today, the valid trade was the gap fill. The SUP 1 trade is not valid because these levels should be moved if they have been broken during the futures session. TLs created during the futures session are often very accurate, and if a level has broken, this needs to be reflected in the RES/SUP levels
TRADE PLAN: the best – and probably only – way to trade these is to use orders so that I am decisive and think the trade through before I open it. The Rule of 3 must also be satisfied before I enter my order. I can monitor this is Edgewonk and see how my results imptove.
But maybe they do more harm than the P&L shows because of the effect losing on these trades has on subsequent trades.
