The 3Min Bolli is the least random of my trade setups and is therefore a very successful and reliable trade so it makes sense to add more risk to the trade. It’s also a good idea to add the counter trade for when the reversal fails and this is called the Hits-Corrects-Breaks TL (H-C-B) set ups.
By adding these two trades to my plan, to be traded as consistently as possible between 9:00 and 11:00, I can better exploit my level finding skill.
The 2nd Chance 3Min Bolli entry trade rules are as follows: #
a 3Min Bolli setup (i.e. price moves outside the Bolli Band on the M3 chart at a KL)
- the first option for the 2nd Chance entry is a break of the TL supporting (or capping) the fast move into the level
- the second option is to take a break of the compression/corrective action that forms after the level is hit; this will usually include a LH/LL in the direction of the trade
