If I take every retest I quickly end up in hot water – sometimes just because I get caught in the churn around the level even though my direction is correct.
This was the PA on 2 May and the PA context was a very strong uptrend.
The reason why retests need to be taken with-trend- is that they are used in buy-the-dip strategies and in an overall bullish environment. the ‘dip buyers’ won’t give up that easily.
